Shipping Information

1. All orders received Monday - Friday by 6pm Pacific Time, will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 6pm (Monday - Friday), weekends and holidays will be processed on the next regular business day.
2. Online payments using e-check may take up to 4 business days for funds to clear.
3. Once an order is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for production.
4. When an order is shipped, you will be notified via email of that shipment.
5. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Usual delivery time is 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
6. Mail-in orders may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
