The following conditions and terms apply to our live course guarantee:

·         Attendees are guaranteed to pass national certification examinations in their specialty as long as their exam is taken no less than 3 weeks and no more than 3 months following graduation or taking a Barkley & Associates course, whichever comes last.

·         Barkley & Associates must be notified in writing within 3 weeks from notification of failure.

·         Free repeat enrollment is offered only during the immediate 3 month period after first-time exam results are received by the attendee.
